If you have identified fear as something that's holding you back, it’s time to think about what you can do to solve this problem.

We've already done part of the work in the previous lesson. Sometimes, all it takes is to shine a light on your fears and they start to dissipate. Once you see what's truly going on, it's much easier to overcome your fears and act deliberately.

But that's not always enough. The next thing to do is to use gradual exposure. Or in other words: take "baby steps". Slowly move forward inch by inch, gain momentum and start taking bigger steps.

In this lesson, I give 2 examples of how I've used gradual exposure to resolve my fears.
